An Maozhong |

| Dr. An Maozhong is a Professor
in the Department of Applied Chemistry at
Harbin Institute of Technology. He is also
the Dean of Electrochemistry Staff Room. His
main work is teaching and research in the
area of electroplating and other applied electrochemistry.
He had undertaken several techncal research
programs for National Space Ministry and has
won nine awards of Provincial Technical Progress.
He has published over 60 papers and 18 of
them were abstracted by SCI and EI. He is
the Editor-in-chief of Electroplating Process
and Design Basis of Electroplating Plants,
and the coauthor of Principles and Processes
of Alloy Electroplating. |

Xiangzhu |
 |
| Prof. He Xiangzhu holds a
BS in Applied Chemistry from Chongqing University
(1987), a M.S. in Physical Chemistry from
Chongqing University (1990) and a PhD from
Central South University of Technology, Changsha,
China (2000). He is now doing postdoctoral
research at the Dept. of Applied Chemistry
in South China University of Technology, Guangzhou,
China. He is also the subdecanal of School
of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Hunan
University of Sci. & Tech. He has taken
charge in or participated in 5 items of National
Natural Science Fundation programs and provincial
fundation programs. |

Li Ning |
 |
| Prof. Li Ning is the doctor's
tutor at Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin
and vice dean of Dept. of Ocean Resources
and Environment Engineering at Harbin Institute
of Technology, Weihai. She graduated from
HIT with a BS in 1982 and later earned her
M.S. and PhD in the same university. She has
accomplished 26 items of research programs
three of them won provincial or ministry awards.
She has published more than 100 papers and
dozens were abstracted by SCI and EI. Her
main literature includes Theory and Technology
of Electroless Ni Alloys, and Practical Technology
of Electroless Plating. |

Jiang
Jing |
 |
Dr. Jiang Jing is an Associate
Professor. He obtained his M.S. from Taiyuan
University of Technology in 1982 and his PhD
from
Gerhard-Mercator-Universitaet Duisburg, Germany
in 1994. From June 1994 to July 1997, Dr.
Jiang worked at KIESOW (a producer and supplier
of electroplating additives) in Germany. From
August 1997 till now, he has been working
for Atotech China. He has published a score
of papers. |

Cheng Danhong |
 |
| Dr. Cheng Danhong is a Professor
in the Department of Chemical Engineering
at Shanghai University. He earned his PhD
in Applied Chemistry from Tianjing University,
Tianjing, China (1993). He has accomplished
more than 10 items of technical programs for
Shanghai Committee of Sci. & Tech. and
Automotive Fund Society. He has nearly 40
papers published. |

Dai Mingjiang |
 |
| Mr. Dai Mingjiang is a senior
engineer (professor rank). He graduated from
Tsinghua University in 1989, and has been
doing research and development in surface
engineering and related technology since then.
He is currently the vice director of material
surface center in Guangzhou Research Institute
of Non-ferrous Metals. He has accomplished
dozens of national, provincial and military
technical programs and has won several awards.
He has published over 30 papers. |

Yafei |
 |
| Prof. Kuang Yafei obtained
his BS and M.S. in Corrosion and Protection
from Hunan University in 1982 and in 1986
respectively. He is the subdecanal of School
of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Hunan
University. His research interest is metal
surface treatment technology. He has taken
charge of dozens of research programs of National
Natural Science Foundation, Mechanical Industry
Development Foundation and Provincial Research
Foundation, etc. He has more than 60 papers
published. |

Li Qing |
 |
| Ms. Li Qing is a Professor
at School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
in Southwest China Normal University. Her
research interests are corrosion and protection
of metals and metal surface modification.
She has taken charge in dozens of research
programs and several of them have achieved
prominent social economic profits. She has
published over 70 papers and one of them was
published on Surface Treatment. |

Weishan |
 |
| Prof. Li Weishan obtained
a BS from South China University of Technology
in 1983, a M.S. from Nanjing Unversity of
Chemical Engineering in 1987 and a PhD from
South China University of Technology in 1996.
He is now the dean of Electrochemistry Research
Laboratory at South China Normal University,
and also the person-in-charge of New Battery
Material Laboratory, the subject leader of
physical chemistry, Prominent teacher in Guangdong
Province, Rank A Professor of South China
Normal University, administrative director
of Guangdong Society of Corrosion and Protection,
and expert team leader of the provincial "Tenth
Five" program -- "New Energy Technology
and Application". His research interest
is electrochemistry applied technology including
battery, metal corrosion and electroplating,
etc. His achievement in battery research was
listed in Outstanding People in Chinese Bettery
Research. Prof. Li has accomplished dozens
of national or provincial research programs
and several of them were awarded. He has published
more than 100 papers and over 30 of them were
abstracted by SCI, ISTP and EI. He holds 7
items of Chinese patents. |
