Mr. Xiao Xin is an Associate
Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
Department at Hunan Institute of Engineering.
He is also the head of staff room of corrosion
and protection, Administrative Director of
Conversion Film Committee of Chinese Surface
Engineering Society, Director of Hunan Society
of Corrosion and Protection, and Secretary-general
of Xiangtan Society of Surface Engineering.
He has long been engaged with the teaching
and research of corrosion and protection,
and has taken part in a score of research
programs, some of which have achieved good
economic profits. He has published over 50
papers and compiled 6 literature including
Operating Technique and Aptitude Test of Electroplaters,
Process Study Exercises for Senior Electroplaters,
A Complete Manufacture of Modern Small Chemical
Goods and Green Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
Xu
Binshi
Mr. Xu Binshi is an Academician
of Chinese Academy of Engineering. He graduated
from Harbin Institute of Technology with a
BS in Mechanical Engineering and Welding in
1954. He is now a consultant for Furnishment
Maintenance Technology of General Furnishment
Ministry, Consultant for Committee of Sci.
& Tech. of General Furnishment Ministry,
and Vice Academic Director of National Defence
Key Laboratory of Furnishment Remanufacture
Technology. Mr. Xu has long been engaged with
teaching and research of furnishment maintenance
technology. He has established national and
military key laboratories and originally applied
plasma spray technology in the repairment
of attrited parts with thin film on armored
cars. He developed high speed electric arc
spray technology which has been applied in
surface corrosion protection and brush plating
on steel structure of great naval vessels,
and advanced the concept of nano surface engineering.
He has won 3 National awards and 10 military
awards. He holds 10 Chinese patents, and has
published more than 200 papers and 15 monographs
including Surface Engineering and Maintenance,
Theory and Technology of Surface Engineering.
Yang
Fangzu
Mr. Yang Fangzu is an Associate
Professor of Chemical Department at Xiamen
University. He is engaged with research and
teaching of electrochemistry and surface treatment.
He has taken part in 6 Natural Science Foundation
Programs and 2 corporation programs. He has
published over 50 papers and holds one Chinese
patents.
Yang
Zhuoru
Prof. Yang Zhuoru graduated
from Huazhong Institute of Technology (now
Huazhong University of Sci. & Tech.),
Wuhan in 1976. Now he is a Doctor Tutor of
School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
at South China University of Tech., Dean of
Research Lab of Chemical Engineering Research
Institute at SCUT Chemical Engineering College
and Vice Director of Guangzhou R&D Center
of Chemical Engineering Technology. He is
mainly engaged with research of fine chemistry
applications and product development. He has
won National Inventor Award, Provincial Technology
Progress Awards, Guanghua Technology Foundation
Award and Guangdong Outstanding Middle-aged
and Young Expert Award. He was granted Government
Special Allowances. He has taken charge of
national and provincial Natural Science Foundation
programs and several of them have been appraised.
Prof. Yang is the holder of 6 Chinese patents.
In recent 10 years, he has published over
100 papers, a score of which were abstracted
by SCI and EI.
Yao
Suwei
Prof. Yao Suwei graduated
from Tianjing University with a BS in Chemical
Engineering. She is now a professor and Doctor
Tutor of Chemistry Dept. at Tianjing University.
She is also the Director of Research Center
of Nano-material Sciences and Engineering
in Tianjing University, and Vice Director
of Electronic Electroplating Committee of
Chinese Electronics Society. She enjoys Government
Special Allowances. She has long been engaged
with teaching and research of applied chemistry,
esp. electrochemistry. She has taken charge
of 6 items of National Natural Science Foundation
Programs, 5 international cooperative programs
and 5 research programs of Tianjing Science
Committee. She has won National Inventor Award,
Technology Progress Awards of National Education
Ministry, Light Industry Ministry and Tianjing
University. She has published more than 100
papers and holds one Chinese patent. She is
the coauthor of two literature including ァモルフアスめつき，法とその应用
in Japanese.
Yuan

Prof. Yuan holds a M.S. degree
in Physical Chemistry. He is the Deputy Director
of National Committee of Metal and Non-metal
Surface Treatment Standardization Committee
Electroplating and Finishing Branch, Consultant
of China Surface Engineering Association Electroplating
Branch, Committee Member of Electroplating
Committee of Chinese Electronics Society and
Administrative Director of Guangdong Society
of Corrosion Protection and Surface Engineering.
He is also a visiting professor of Guangzhou
University. He has long been engaged with
research of surface treatment technology,
and has won several awards of Guangdong and
Guangzhou Technology Progress. He has published
more than 40 papers and is the coauthor of
Theory and Technology of Electroless Ni Alloy
Plating.
Zeng
Zhenou
Mr. Zeng Zhenou is a professor
of Applied Chemistry at South China University
of Technology. He is engaged with teaching
and research of basic chemistry and applied
chemistry technology. He has published more
than 50 papers and two literature (Applied
Electrochemistry and Modern Electrochemistry).
He has been awarded with Hunan Young Chemist
and Technology Pragress Awards by ministry
and university.
Zhao
Guopeng
Dr. Prof. Zhao Guopeng is
President of Guangzhou Etsing Plating Research
Institute. He is also a concurrent professor
of Guangzhou University, Administrative Director
of Chinese Electroplating Society and Vice
Chairman of Guangzhou Electroplating Society.
His research interests are electrodeposition
and chemical deposition. He has published
over 30 papers and holds one Chinese patent.
He was awarded with National "Golden
Bridge" Excellent Project and other awards.
Zhu Liqun
Dr. Zhu Liqun obtained his BS in
Corrosion and Protection in 1977, M.S. in 1988 and
PhD in Material Sciences in 1998 from Beijing University
of Aviation and Aeronautics. He is now the Dean
and Doctor Tutor of Applied Chemistry Department
at Beijing University of Aviation and Aeronautics.
He has been awarded with First Rank of Beijing Teaching
Achievement and Technology Progress Award of National
Defence. In recent years he has taken charge of
dozens of research programs including New Process
of Electroless Ni-P Plating on Airplane Engine Parts.
He has complied a textbook of Design and Engineering
of Corrosion Protection.
Guo Zhongcheng
Prof. Guo Zhongcheng is a Dortor
Tutor in the College of Material and Metallergy
at Kunming University of Science and Technology.
He has been engaged with research of material surface
modification and finishing. He has accomplished
8 different research programs and 6 of them were
awarded. He has published more than 100 papers and
30 of them were abstrated by SCI and EI.
Xiao Yaokun
Mr. Xiao Yaokun graduated with
a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Hunan University
in 1988 and is now studying for a PhD in Material
Sciences at Hunan University. He finished an EMBA
course from Zhongshan University in 2000. He used
to be factory director of Electrochemical Factory
of Chinese Electronics Ministry Seventh Research
Institute and presently he is the General Manager
of Guangzhou Jiesai Technology Co. Ltd., Electrochemical
Product Development Branch. Mr. Xiao is also the
Administrative Director of Chinese Jewelry and Jade
Article Manufacturer\\\'s Society, Director of Guangdong
Jewelry Society and Director of Guangzhou Electroplater\\\'s
Society. He has published eleven papers. His research
achievements in solid electrolyte and noble metal
electroplating were widely approved. He has taken
part in the awarded research program \\"Gun
Black Electroplating Material and Process\\".
Wei Lian
Prof. Wei Lian is now working at the department of Environmental Chemistry of Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology. He is also the president of NIAT Research Institute of Environment Engineering and teaches at the National Cleaner Production Center of State Environmental Protection Administration of China. He has accomplished 6 items of provincial research programs, 2 of them was awarded. He holds 2 Chinese patents and has published 32 papers and 4 text-books.
